How to Make Maple Dijon Chicken
Mix together your mustard and herbs in a small dish.
Place your chicken breasts in your casserole dish, and then pour the sauce over your chicken in an oven safe casserole dish.
Make sure your chicken is laid flat in your casserole dish, and the sauce is covering it. You want the chicken covered so it gets all that great flavor.
You do not need to cover it. Bake for 30 minutes (or until done) at 425.
Doesn’t it look amazing? Serve with some of the baked sauce over it, some rice or mashed potatoes on the side.
