Peel, and cut your apples into wedges, removing the core. The thinner you slice your apples the quicker they will cook inside while you wait for the outside to cook.
Toss your apple slides in flour, covering them completely. Beat eggs and water together in a shallow bowl.
Dredge the floured apple pieces in the beaten eggs. Then roll the apple pieces in the sugar/crushed graham cracker mixture. Place into the air fryer. You do not want them to overlap.
