Rhubarb Mixture– 4 cups rhubarb cut into 3/4 ” pieces– 1 cup sugar– 1 ⁄4 cup flour– 1 ⁄2 teaspoon cinnamonTopping– 1 cup flour– 1 cup brown sugar– 1 ⁄2 cup rolled oats– 1 ⁄2 cup melted butter
Mix together the cut rhubarb, fresh or frozen, we used frozen, with the white sugar, a little bit of flour, and cinnamon. Dump it in your slow cooker. Really easy to do and maybe great for your kids to help out with.
