Making Simple Mini Donuts

The perfect Mini Donut recipe! These cute Simple Mini Donuts are easy to make and no frying mess here.

My kids LOVE these mini donuts, and I love that they take hardly anytime at all to make.

– 2 cups flour – 1/2 cup sugar – 2 eggs – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1 cup low-fat milk – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon vanilla

What You Need:

After I mix all the ingredients together I place a large Ziploc bag, corner first, into a mug. I then pour my batter into a Ziploc bag. This makes it like a piping bag. Which is a great way to simply pour/fill the mini donut maker molds.

Pipe batter into a your donut mold and cook according to your mini donut maker instructions.

Top then off with frosting

The great thing about these donuts is you can have a flavored icing you desire, we chose a maple-flavored, homemade, wet/runny enough that I just dipped them in. My version of a Maple Dip from Tim Horton’s.
