Autumn is my favorite time of year. The temperatures are cooler but still warm enough to enjoy being outside. It is the perfect time of the year to do fun things in your homeschool. Use this Autumn bucket list for your homeschool fun this Autumn with science, food, and getting out of the house.

Autumn Bucket List for Your Homeschool
Who doesn’t love a good bucket list? A list of fun things to do in your homeschool with your kids. Not everything you put on your autumn bucket list has to be a direct homeschool lesson or science experiment or other educational experience.

Get Messy
Here in Nova Scotia rain happens a lot. In Autumn we aren’t going to get snow days but we’ll definitely be getting a lot of rain. And you are going to want something to do on those rainy days. One thing you can do on rainy days is jump in puddles!
- Make slime – add some small plastic leaves from the dollar store
- Jump in puddles
- Go beachcombing – for my kids, this is messy
- Pumpkin craving
- Just in a pile of leaves
