I’ve been making this chicken dish for a while now and thought it was time for me to finally share it with you all. After all, it is super simple and fast.

What you need:

  • 4-5 chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp EVOO
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

How you make Slow Cooker Honey Soy Chicken:

This slow cooker recipe only has a few ingredients, they seem to be the best recipes.

Mix everything together in a bowl or, as I did, use a measuring cup. I like to use a measuring cup for the pour spout, it makes it pour out without making a mess.

Pour over chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Again simple.

Fall apart, juicy, tender delicious chicken. I honestly didn’t need the knife for cutting up the chicken for my kids.

Can be served with any side:

  • Rice.
  • Potatoes.
  • Pasta.
  • Salad… this chicken is divine in a Cesar salad.

As I mentioned earlier I love honey. One of my favorite things in cooler weather, or for a sweet treat, is hot honey lemon water. It is soothing and delicious. Much better than grabbing a chocolate bar for a sweet craving. It’s also amazing for a sore throat.
